Today I wanted to share some notes I took when I was studying Jay Hambidge’s book “The Elements of Dynamic Symmetry.” It’s readily available on the Resources Page, so don’t be afraid to download the PDF and dig deep into this geometry stuff. It’s a bit tough to comprehend in areas, at least it was for me, so be sure to take some great notes to look back on. I’ll show you things that stood out to me within the book, and what needed detailed notes in order to understand.
