Today we are going to be taking a look at one of the most epic battle scenes in Game of Thrones history! Yes, the smell of singed hair is in the air, because this is the episode where a dragon turns an army into ashes; from rare to well done with one sneeze. We’ll analyze it for composition and design techniques, and overlay some dynamic symmetry grids onto it. The cinematography is mind-blowing for this being a TV series, and they always keep improving. Let’s get into it!
