While viewing the documentary shown in yesterday’s article (see Day 286), I was hit with a bit of inspiration from  Avigdor Arikha, another well known artist. His crazy self portraits, and other interesting subject matter can be seen as well as his commentary on drawing and the ability to look. If you can’t learn to look, then you won’t appreciate what is presented before you. Let’s dig into it and see if you can apply this inspiration to your work!
