Using an iPad as a Light Table

So I had this big idea that with all of this technology around us, we’ve gotta be able to think of an easier way to design. Back in the old days they would probably speed things up by placing a pre-made grid under their paper, on a glass table, then shine line from the bottom. This way they could have the lines there without spending the extra hour drawing them out every single time. So, can’t we invent something that will ease this sometimes tedious task? I have a couple of ideas, and you’ll see how I put one to use.
